Unique 8-edge insert:
- Double-sided inserts provide best economy and productivity with even etter performance in material removal and surface finish
- Unique design with fixed pocket and shim
- Chip hammering protection - prevents damage of next parallel land hen machining with large depths of cut

Pioneering shim technology:
- The new tool offers full cutting edge support and insert seat stability through shims with strategic support islands that match insert rake faces.
- These protect the cutter body should the insert break, ensuring the cutter is always in top condition.
- The shape of the shim allows the inserts to be positive.

Cutting action
By featuring a more positive axial inclination at small depths of cut, the CoroMill 345 offers a soft cutting action with low axial pressure on the workpiece. As the depth of cut becomes larger, a more upright part of the cutting edge is engaged, giving the insert a more substantial structure for high security, especially in tougher cuts.

Secure and predictable
With the increased demand for more and more unmanned production capability, there is a greater need for high security and predictability from tools. The CoroMill 345 will give you problem-free machining, reducing your unplanned machine downtime.

  • Animations doesn't prove anything. We want real life video.

  • Download free utility for create cnc code for face milling at : cncsimple[.]wordpress[.]com

  • It doesn't have exactly 45 degrees right?

When i'm doing big camfers in more than one step the surface is not plane, i think it has 46 degrees or something.

But its great to work with, F is increased enormous compared to my old Tool, plus its running dry.

Sorry for my bad English, lol.

  • Have seen this cutter in action and is awesome a must for any face milling applications.
