Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD 1998 for sale $4,900 - 5.2 V8 101,000 miles. 4 wheel drive. Original Owner. Purchased brand new from Buerge Jeep in Santa Monica and serviced there on a regular basis through 2006. New mechanic in Studio City (we moved) has serviced since 2006 and have all his contact info. I beg your forgiveness. I only know what I read in Chryslers production model release forms. Also the identical facts and figures in Wikipedia.

The 1998 5.9 Limited was Quote"The 5.9 Limited was available only in Deep Slate, Stone White, and Bright Platinum. Other features separated the 5.9 from the standard Limited model including....." When you talk 98 LTD ZJ... There can be only one.!

All others are just nice jeeps.

Ignore that guy he is an idiot... You are right the 4.0 and 5.2 also were available in Limited trim, the 5.2 and 4.0 also came in special edition, and TSI and Orvis editions..  The 5.9 was only 1 year and only in Limited trim.. However its Limited trim was much better then the normal 5.2 and 4.0's.. and had more options its basicly a overland if you think about it

The 4 liter came in limited trim also and TSI, and Orvis, and special edition. The 5.2 did as well, but the 5.9 was only made 1 year and was only in Limited trim, but TBH it has more options then the other limited's did, so i personally consider the 5.9's the Overland version (like the WJ's)

No, you are wrong 1998 Limited is ONLY the 5.9/360 Magnum engine.
