Gosh, some of them sound young...and there's a YL...both on AM?? Bad words?? Ten minutes with out callsigning? Talking about interesting things? This can't be ham radio. The hams I know only talk about the weather...their antennas...their radio...the weather again...@.@ Haha!
I love the guy with the broadcast voice. "Rectal Itch" struck a funny cord. I would join in but my IC-746 has terribly dirty AM.

also, IC-7000 did very well on removing statics in AM modes when I was listening to 27 MHz CB AM band

most of all mode HAM RIG ( SSB, CW, FM, AM ) rig can not do good clean AM modulation, however, I had a chance to use ICOM IC-7000 at work, I was surprised how clean the AM was, I guess since DSP is generating AM, it probably the well balanced AM, many older analog ALL mode RIG can not do much more than 40% modulation. may be other DSP radio might do well as IC-7000

@QROFB Or how smart they are and how WONDERFUL thier tech job is ect, ect. I find most hams kinda boring to talk to... These AM guys are a lot of fun to talk to although i dont really have a decent HF rig to use on AM...

it is like 147.435 or 147.450 MHz repeaters conversation in Southern CALIF land.
I found ex CBer are much more fun to talk with or listen to, HAM Geek are not so fun, most HAM only things they do is brag about their contesting, or their expensive radio they can buy, ( I have money , you don't ) I don't like people who worship money.

I love the sound of the AMers google and see some of the equipment they have. I wish all hams were like this. I can't seem to spend my money in a hobby where it's contesting or you throw your call out on even 2 Meters And no one replies especially if your out of town.
