That is one damn nice truck you got there. Sure looks like it was taken care of.

I"m just about finished restoring a 49 R-17. I got rid of the stake bed, shortened the frame, and fabricated a pick-up bed. Cab, engine, and tranny are all original. I hope to have it on the road by the end of March. I'll post a clip when it's finished. I love working on it, everything makes sense!

how many bushles does it hold

I've got a 1950 Stude 2R-C2 pickup with a Chevy 350, turbo 350, Ford 8" diff, 1954 Buick headlights Frenched in, 1947 Chevy sun visor and 1953 Chevy taillights.

That is sweet. Post a vid with a full grain bed. I love seeing this old stuff work! Ive got a 51 Ford F6 that was a rice truck at one time. I pulled the grain bed off and installed a gooseneck ball and I now haul my JD4020 and hay on a 25 ft trailer. Hope to post a video soon.

I don't know what is cooler, the truck or the institution of the small-town Pizza Hut. Nice video!

What a great truck, one of the sharper Studabaker trucks, looked very solid.

nice truck what year is it?
Bought it in Kansas, drove on trailer great, hauled back to IL, thought I would drive last 10 miles home, barely made it, changed all ignition parts & carb kit, thought it was fixed, tried hauling a load of oats, barely made it, that is the 3rd part of video, found A LOT of rust in gas tank, had cleaned, runs great now. Thanks
