@seka1986 yeah your sarcasim is of no amusment, animals are better than people anyway so dont know what your being sarcastic about, as the most intellectually superior life form on the planet it is our duty to look after the world. Strray animals are a serious issue these are very emotional creatures and there is a shitload of them starving and in serious pain but are never notived because they arent humans, you can judge a countries civil development based on the way the animals are treated

@hildegarde07 I agree, let the UN settle the stray dog issue before dealing with frivolous stuff like wars, starvation, disease, poverty.

The dog looks friendly- the black one but given there are many strays around the world- I think UN should also seriously address this.
