How many gallons is that tank? If it is not at least 500 gallons you will need to upgrade soon. Those catfish git huge. They are best suited to monster fish tanks (indoor ponds). Based on the comments you seem to know what you are doing, and I might be a little bit paranoied. When you have a pair form from the Oscars and they try to breed, you will have a war zone in that tank.

Great looking tank... A little insiders tip.... Get a filter that is used for tanks twice the size of this one...That way your tank will be super clean.... Just siphon the substrate once every two weeks to clear off all the waste and to keep nitrate levels down...Getting a bottom feeder also makes sure that you have less siphoning to do... ;) Good water and a nice balanced diet of pellets and live feed will keep them happy. They will do just fine in that tank. Brighter lights.. please? :P

@castandblast13 dude do you even have a fish tank?? 4 oscars in 55 gallon tank.. any real hobbyist will tell you atleast 50 gallon per oscar..
