As a nurse and a Pilates instructor, I've created three simple kits that you can use for 20 minutes or less to feel better, relax and gain more strength and mobility in your body. They are also helpful in rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Here's a demonstration of six movements from the "Feel Better" kit series. The first two are from my "Feel Better Hip & Hamstring Kit". The second two are from the "Feel Better Body Kit". And the final two are from the "Feel Better Shoulder Kit".
