Why couldn't the other seasons be as good as season 1, no wonder it got cancelled after how bad season 3 was, it started off good, then the plot just suddenly changed and Nathan was suddenly the "Bad Guy", I was like "?" :L

@TrulyinFAMOUSProUK Yeah in my opinion the show got ruined during Season 2. The writers strike really took it's toll on it I think. Season 4 was terrible, and I wanted to love this show! Hence my username...

@TrulyinFAMOUSProUK It was the writers strike that killed the show. Originally, Peter was never going to catch the vile in season 2. The shanti virus was going to be released and the heroes were going to try to contain it. Meanwhile, Sylar was never going to get Claire's ability. Claire left for Texas before Sylar appeared. Sylar was never going to go to level 3, but instead do what he did in season 1: hunt down and kill those with powers. The writers strike killed everything that could be good.

@Heroes4eva What's sad is that the original ending of season 2, and the story to follow, was way better than what they did for season 3 part 1. It was like they stopped trying to make a unique super hero show and were trying to copy the formula of smallville or something.

I thought season 3 part 2 picked up what was damaged in part 1, relatively well, and season 4 was trying to pick the mess season 3 made so that way all the loose ends could be tied up. Unfortunatly, nobody realized that.

I want the full version of the song that plays in the DVD menus but I can't find it anywhere. I have it in two parts, one from a mishmash of first episode clips, though it skips, and the other part from a DVD menu clip.
