yes, it's mind-boggling how she missed the fact that the song is about domestic violence .. the songwriter ,Gretchen Peters said in an article i read that in her mind, the female character in the song dies in the fire,when she burned down her own house to escape her abusive husband and gain her freedom or independence ..

The song is all about freedom and glory. The like the U.S. Bills in Congress with creepy attachments. What the@#$%are the lyrics "Let the right be wrong?" Here I am singing like a lunatic and it hits the brain "What was that, it's a contradiction to the whole song!"
