@beyondthegrave2005 That isn't really something that could be filled in with a logo. It's loading the necessary resources from the flash storage. You know how you turn on the DS and it takes like half a second to start with the logo screen? Same principle. The 3DS just has a lot more to load.
If they took out all of the 3DS apps except for the game launcher then it would start up in a flash.

@Sukuraidogai The console still takes a little while to start up, might as well fill that time with something to look at.

@beyondthegrave2005 I like the whole not having a logo at startup thing. It's a waste of time, and you get to see the logo when you start up the game anyways.

@daboyakasha101 the nintendo logo only appers if there is a nintendo approved game cart (or an R4i device) inside slot-1 of the nintendo ds

isn;t there supposed to be a nintendo logo right underneath the NINTENDO DS logo?
