Follow the adventures of Irish fishing impresario Alan Hanna and award-winning Indian chef Kamal Mahal as they explore the west of Ireland on a tandem bicycle. Alan knows little about cooking and Kamal knows even less about fishing! Alan shows Kamal how to 'hookem' and Kamal subsequently gives Alan a masterclass on how to 'cookem'. In this episode they charter a big boat on Lower Lough Erne in County Fermanagh and go float fishing for perch - a deserted island makes the perfect spot for Kamal to conjour up a feast. Fun and frolics all the way!
