My Dr Martens (used by me since 2008 and by someone else before that and, I think, someone else before that) were all scraped and damaged, so I decided to make them a bit more magical. Now they are no longer yellow, but black as the night and starry as space, and I don't know if I will use them more often (they are quite worn out on the inside as well) but they definitely feel more fancy. And fancy is good. I will make myself a Vince Noir-ish suit in a sparkling green fabric, walk around in my new shoes and feel fabulous.

@indiafmlmay Thanks! :D I guess that sending your shoes over here and me sending them back would be quite expensive, but you should definitely try to DIY. It was a lot of fun!
