MTV cribs- Gatsby's Mansion part 1

yet another english class final. =]
"The Great Gatsby"
written and directed by nick roscoe

this time.. we had 8 assignment parameters either: writing your own alternate to the ending of "the great gatsby", writing a romantic and arealistic poem relating to the story, learning a dance from the roarin 20's and teaching it to the class, doing research on gangsters from the 20's, conducting a video interview with the main characters; nick, gatsby, daisy, tom, etc.. creating a model of either gatsby's mansion, nick's house, etc.. making a poster representing the main themes of the book, orr make a video about YOUR american dream.

of course. I chose the video. =]
i dont really have an AMERICAN dream.. so i just looked at the CLICHE american dream with a nice home, nice family, good careers! and what better way to convey that through mtv cribs. =]

and as you can see.. this dream's corrupted and romantiscized like gatsby's. ahh ahh connection. connection. =]

i got 100 out of 100 and that's all i care about. ^__^
