just to follow-up, been doing this for a week now and the symptoms are almost completely gone. im back to lifting weights. if anyone finds it useful, neutral grip (palms facing each other) exercises seem to be a better choice when you're getting back into the usual weights routine. and once again,a million thanks for helping.

Sincere thanks for the tips. I tried these and within hours I found good relief. Been doing them for 2 days, 3-4 times a day. Also been doing them right before hitting the gym. Again, thanks for giving out free information like this and saving me a trip to the doc.
