Feature length documentary film (76-minutes) that closely covers the spectacular April to May 2010 Kilauea Volcano lava flow from mountain to sea. (For you YouTube this trailer is cropped from the wide-screen original and reduced from HD to low-resolution.)
In the movie we follow the leading front of molten lava as it travels through and destroys two Hawaii County viewing areas, two forests and pours into the sea -- all in spectacular fashion. It contains limited commentary and has original music and theme song, as well as four classic Hawaiian Pele chants; each honoring the Volcano Goddess Pele.
If you are interested in getting the high-resolution movie on DVD please email me for purchase information at leigh.hi1@hawaiiantel.net ; they are reasonably priced and worth ever cent ;)

Wow!! The section where the trees are getting swallowed up and the birds are singing makes me feel sad. The shapes of the dark ooze are hypnotic. Thanks Sparks
