Dr. Cass Ingram, "Health Hunter'" in the wild of Northern Canada tracking down wild forest medicines. In this clip you will see the Health Hunter find an inner chaga. Feel yourself in the wild with Dr. Ingram: enjoy.
I have been hunting chaga for years and I'm very happy to see that it is becoming more popular. If anyone is interested in purchasing whole(not ground or powdered) chaga, I suggest you look up my company(michigan mushrooms llc). We have the cheapest prices anywhere online and have a sterling reputation as both mushrooms cultivators and foragers.
This is incorrest in most every aspect. Chaga is not part of the tree's immune system. It is a white rot fungus and parasitic tree pathogen. Contains oxygen? No. Contains antioxidants, terpenes, polysaccharides, betulinic acid etc. It is highly medicinal but not for the reasons stated here.
