Side to sides (aerial with a b-kick setup) and gymnastics. 2nd tutorial... was bored and had a pretty bad day so decided to make a tutorial. Onn to music stuff now, my new YouTube is located at http://www.youtube.com/ekcosounds you guys should check it out -

  • originally i made these videos to just help a few friends out who were having massive trouble i don't claim to be a professional or have gymnastics form or be an amazing tricker, im suprised that a year or so later i have 50,000 views and shit, so the hate seems unneccesary...

  • I've recently perfected my side to side aerial , and i could have done it whenever i wanted , but now , after three weeks , i CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE. It is really iritating , because i keep putting my hands on the floor all the time. I don't know what the hell happened. Please answer if you know why is this happening.

  • i can do aerials but i end up landing with one hand on the floor...WHY!!!???? :-(

  • @thecheergirl98 If you still haven't gotten it, try putting your hands down right before you land instead of right before you take off. Also, another good thing to try is down a hill. That is how I learned it. Doing it off something is easier than doing it on flat ground. Another really good option is finding a curb or a small slope to try it with. It seams like it would be harder to do it up a curb, but it is actually easier. Placing your foot on the curb causes you to naturally block.

  • here is a tip for you, in order to improve yourself, after you dip, pull ur chest upward, you will get much more height

  • Do you need full stretched legs

    I mean I can not stretch my legs Full as I can not reach the floor after stretching
