An original video recorded and cutted by me.
T.Marecek was a student of Conservatory Teplice (Czech republic) that time. Performed on the great organ of St.Stephen's Cathedral, Litomerice, Czech Republic as a part of his absolutorium (final concert). Used camcorders: 2x Canon MVX3i with the external microphone SONY ECM S959C.

  • Thankyou from Australia !

  • Who's teaching organists to play clipped? Finally they're catching up with other baroque musicians. You could still use more non-legato in your semiquaver work, given the booming acoustics. Pedal needs more distinctive registration: can't hear it well. Well done indeed.

  • Enjoyed this video, Ian. As Trinkdenschabau said, the organ really does have a warm and true sound. I envy him for being able to hear this masterful intrurment in person.
