Sir this is far from a perfect onehanded bh. If his hip opens before the impact the waist power is not transferred to the stroke, let alone weight shift. He's using his pecs to power his shot, and that's not the most efficient way. Compare Federer or Gasquet.
fed/gasquet is not a good comparison because they're just awesome. he's an ordinary dude. I think you open the hip first and then, unload--it's an additional hinge to transfer power, if you don't open the hip first, where's the snap from the torso
