@IamHoai Hey man, I don't recommend you use the iron gym every day. But once avery 2 or 3 days, you can use it to do some abdominal workout by raising your legs straight up without moving your torso. Of course, you can always use the iron gym to do biceps and shoulder routines such as Pullups. Find many more iron gym videos on my website at w w w Kodjoworkout c o m

this is probably a dumb question but how often should i do these workouts? every day? or every other day?

@TheDroidXDoes There's never such a thing as a dumb question. Use the Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar about twice a week. You can also use it every morning to stretch your torse. To do that, just hold the grips and hang loose and twist from left to right a few times. You should hear a couple of cracks in your hips area. Feels very good.
