  • @IamHoai Hey man, I don't recommend you use the iron gym every day. But once avery 2 or 3 days, you can use it to do some abdominal workout by raising your legs straight up without moving your torso.   • @TheDroidXDoes There's never such a thing as a dumb question. Use the Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar about twice a week. You can also use it every morning to stretch your torse. To do that, just hold the grips and hang loose and twist from left to right a few times. You should hear a couple of cracks in your hips area. Feels very good.
