Minecraft Flat Map for building- Completely Empty 1.1

This is a 100 percent completely empty world, with only the 30 block high platform I made. The dimensions of it are 500x500x30, it is perfectly square. It was made on creative mode in Minecraft 1.0.0. If you guys need it bigger or made with different blocks(ex. sand on sandstone etc) just let me know.

how do you make a completely empty map??  if someone builds out to a new chunk will it generate new terrain?

@andrewmcbride88 Yes, you are correct! If you go out to a certain point minecraft will infact start generating a new terrain. It is how the game is coded.

This is awesome! A nice idea wood be to make some kind of indication of where biomes are at the lowest level, such as a grey wool outlining for mountain biomes, green wool outlining for swamp biomes, etc.

@Aarsrin That would be a great idea! ..but with the new minecraft update, you can now generate a completely flat map with no biomes, and an unlimited amount of space. If you want a flat map you should check that out!
