This happens alot because of swinging door trailers. If the driver did his job he would have checked the back before he pulled out. The guy on the forklift should have pulled up the dockplate if he was done. It looks like he was trying to bring the top pallets down or load-to-ride.
I guess I should have explained a bit better. The way this happened was the driver backed up and hooked up like normal. Went back and checked on the F. Driver and said they would talk on the radio when he was done,of course this is where the problem was. Few minutes later the driver calls back on the radio and asks if he was close to being done. F. driver said something that was taken the wrong way. The driver pulled away as the forklift was on the ramp. Only a few feet but it was enough.
