Pai - programmed inputs. Identical repetitions of a fixed sequence: a fuzzy that guards immediate mids in the ~15 frame range, beats immediate throws, and beats all except perfectly timed delay throws.

Vane - human inputs.
delay throw, requires good timing to land either at the end of the 0 frame safety window, or during the limited number of standing guard frames. I succeed maybe 2 times out of how many attempts?.
Low throw can be buffered during blockstun, so I succeed on all but 1 attempt.
