No Darwins theory of evolution does not say that. Evolution is the change in the inherited traits of a population from generation to generation. The means of this is mutations passed on through natural selection or genetic drift. This is a really simplified definition. Don't have room to describe totally.

It doesn't eat the chickens because it's a domesticated dog numbnuts!! Even if the dog wasn't domesticated this wouldn't prove anything because dogs don't compete for survival against chickens. Its survival of the most adapted DNA to its environment WITHIN A SPECIES!
