Adopt Ebony, a black lab/border collie puppy! (D.C. Area)

Ebony is a 6-month-old spayed female. We think she's perhaps a combination of black Lab and border collie. She came out of a shelter in N.C. where she was scheduled to be put down on Friday, July 10, 2009. Instead, she's enjoying lots of attention, cuddles and toys at her foster home.

She is a complete love to have around the house! LOTS of wriggly puppy energy, but she's the one puppy I've ever found who's not destructive at all. She plays with her toys and love cuddles. Anyone would be lucky to adopt Ebony! The one thing to think about is if you have an older dog who doesn't like a lot of puppy energy in their face all the time. If you have another young dog or no dogs at all, you should be great. Ebony also gets along with cats.
