Father and Son, Bill and Steve Caddick perform the "Octopus" on the song "Bye Bye Blues" at the New England Banjo Society's "Banjofest" in November of 1986 in Sutton, MA.
Very few banjoists have ever tried to do this trick because of the difficulty of it.
Steve's left hand is fingering the top banjo while his right hand is strumming the bottom banjo. Bill's right hand is strumming the top banjo while his left hand is fingering the bottom banjo.
