  • That's Brutal! Did some circuit training of 20 pull ups (overhand), 30 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, 50 squats. 3 minute rests then do 5 sets of em, made to 3 and practically PUKED.

  • very nice. you can tell those kb's are heavy cuz the camera shakes when you put it down
