If you're really rolling in a Spec V, I understand why you wouldn't understand starting so high off - waiting an eternity to finally hit that 100mph mark must suck :)

@comtrang how much would a build like this cost. Im looking for fast but relatively cheap cars that have that good "passing power". But i dont want the typical mustang/ honda/mitsu/ camaro or trans am. Ive been looking at volvos and saabs lately but have been wondering how easy it is to get "fast". Basically i want a sleeper. :p any suggestions?

@XxUnknownxX8 The build cost about $3k, plus whatever was on the car before switching to the bigger turbo. Plus, I do all the work myself with my dad at a shop. Be ready to spend some money :)

Hey, thanks, I had actually just met all of them that day but they were cool people.

The issue with the speedometer is just in the cluster, its as simple as replacing it but it just hasn't been very high on my list of priorities.
