@atalayapark Gotcha. thanks. I used to hit more over my right shoulder, but since i discovered the over-the-head whip i've enjoyed using it too. sort of half half. need to work on footwork though as you say.
@852rpm Yes the player closest to the camera. He is not split stepping and should be finishing over his right shoulder on the forehand. This will improve footwork and moving round the court and you tend to get more efficient power transfer through the ball if you follow through over the right shoulder
