As per title. Shows major operations during tear down. Your PS3 might be a little different depending on board revision (early boards had a seperate on/off + eject module and 2 little screws that hold the SATA data + power to the metal shield).

Take mental note of how it all goes together, as well as where the longer screws are.

  • Hey, how do i take out the security screw ? The security screw has a dot at the middle so it makes it impossible for me to put in either flat screw or star screw! please answer quick so i can get my ps3 fixed :) thanks in advance

  • @The1llness You can probably find a small flathead screwdriver that'll do in a pinch, or get a proper set of security torx screwdrivers.

  • I love how you get to the fucking point, thanks.

  • @blueguy09 Yeah man, tired of all the videos with long-assed droning on and on about how cool they are. xD

  • Question, is the blu ray player ribbon suppose to come out and feel broken?

  • @lamborghinimonster33 How is it feeling broken? It's not suppossed to be. LOL
