Flitze - my little axolotl

I have kept 4 of them together for years and this never happened. I know it can happen, but it´s not because they are aggressive. They are not aggressive at all, it´s because they can´t see well and mistake each other´s limbs for food.
If you keep females on their own, they can´t get rid of their spawn, that´s not good for them either.

I think I had a heart attack due to adorable-overdose. This is the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life, and I was seeing week-old bunnies yesterday. The world is a better place for the existence of this creature and resulting video. ^^

Sorry, forgot to reply! No, the parents look totally different, one is white with black eyes and the other a golden albino.

I have a young axolotl and am considering keeping another, for company's sake, but i've always been told they can be really aggressive to each other, is this nonsense?

@deplanetiser
It is nonsense. They can accidentally bite each other in search for food and injure each other badly, ripping a foot off or something like that, but they grow back, only put the injured one in an extra box and change the water every day to keep infections away. They are not aggressive, mostly it´s accidents. Just make sure they are all the same size, otherwise one could literally end up as food.
