I still get tears hearing the tension in Natalie Maines' voice as she sings this. How lucky she, Marti and Emily were to have the families and friends who stood by them. AND they created an extraordinary new album out of that whole miserable process. My heroines, now and always.

But this song is about trying to forget all the world's stresses and conflicts for a while. It's supposed to be a song about sanctuary, so please keep your fighting off this.
