    Maybe they just accidentally hit the thumbs down button instead of the thumbs up button. (My touchpad is a bit squirrelly; and, it's pretty common for the reply button to get clicked when I'm going for "like.") Other speculation (put more nicely than I'd like to phrase it...) is that some folks simply have zero taste in music...
