some nutter does a somersault mid jump...Extreme Abseiling forwards is called Rap Jumping / Rope Rushing.

  • What kind of rope do you use? Static? Dynamic?

  • Static Line but its all in the anchor points and how they are rigged, we use a rope suspension system for this kind of jumping.
