December 18, 2008, Pittsburg Penguin superstar "Sid the Kid" Crosby gives Atlanta Thrasher Boris Valabik 3 solid punches from behind while his teammate Kris Letang held Valabik in a wrestling scrum.
Lucky for Crosby, that he couldn't quite connect flush and thus no injury occured. Only a minor penalty was assessed.

Watching Sid over the last 6 years, I've always been a fan of his. Between his on-ice scoring prowess and leadership, and his off-ice contributions to the community and the less fortunate, I think there is a lot to admire about the kid, let alone that he's only 23 years old. However, after watching this video clip of an isolated incident, it's clear that Crosby is a cancer to the game of hockey, and he should be banned for life. He is truly a classless individual. (/sarcasm, for the thick ones)
