  • @kirkoswald21 same for an average person to be ripped needs to take care of there diet very well or else you lose muscle and therefore lose strength. an average person doesnt need to be super ripped:P , if you want to be supper ripped then diet should have great importance in your life.

  • i find when i get super ripped my strength goes bye bye :( i'd rather stay lean and have abit more strength!
