his probable cause was it was a house party and they were under age if you have seen the video it was a lot of kids that is reason enough for them to enter the house and noise. But if it had been quite then no the cop would not have had a reason to do anything but like their video says it was a prank

It wasn't a fake party. You don't need alcohol to have a real party, or to have real fun.
Taxpayer money wasn't wasted. In fact, it may have been saved. If it had been an alcohol party, how much time and money would have been spent on citations, arrests, bookings, etc?
And there was no public nuisance, since everyone was inside a private residence.
At best, the cops should have cited and towed the cars that were blocking traffic.
