Insert text media> Then type what u want>and dragg it all the way right> set a keyframe> and then go to the end of the timeline> and move the text all the way to the left> then set a keyframe

No es un plugin, solo he usado los Media Generators que trae incorporados el Vegas.
Pero existen plugins que te permiten hacer cosas así, en Vegas, con extrema facilidad. Por ejemplo, el plugin Heroglyph para Vegas.
