  • @megabot80 I had an m4a, I just used winamp and it's going alright so far.

  • @TheSocialistKane Tried that, absolutely no variables of volume for WMP/system sounds provides anything more than a failure ten seconds into it.

  • For those that are using Windows 7, left click the speaker icon in the notification area and left click 'Mixer.' Mute 'System Sounds' and, if needed, adjust volume to 100%. Open WMP, adjust volume to 100% and play the update file. Make sure repeat isn't on. I had to mess with the volume control until I figured just crank it all the way up. Worked like a charm. :)

  • @billychanxtreem cheers i got it working thanks, nice xmas gift from korg :)

  • @megabot80 got the mp4 too, was not working on my win 7 laptop. I did get it to work on an older XP desktop though so the file works.

  • @Longuncattr Did the update, it went through without a hitch. After reading more about what the Monotribe does internally during the update, it turns out I had nothing to worry about if the update had failed; the checksum would be wrong and the unit simply wouldn't flash the firmware.

  • @Naitsirk1313 Did try it, folume all the way to the max, and in between..really looks my input is just messed up.

  • @Naitsirk1313 Haha okay, i will try it again, connect it to my mixer..

  • @Kaputnik24 I had the same problem, until I fed it volume loud enough to blow up my house.
