The wheels are made of cds i painted black. The body is may of folded poster board (also painted black). The neon pink stripes are pink pencils (that i striped black xD). There's a binder clip holding the rubber band back.

  • Wait, what did you use to keep the chopsticks or whatever in place? like the things that you put through the hole in the CDs.. what did you use to keep them in place?

  • @luvergirlxoxo1 Cover the cd holes with a piece of posterboard or carstock or something. Then you can glue in the sticks.

  • I have to make one using paper from a manilla folder, 3 paper clips, 2 rubber bands, and two straws, it had to go at least 1 foot and my teacher takes off 30 points if i don't reach that, wish me luck!<3

  • @HighxFinity Just wondering, but what are you gonna use for wheels? and good luck!!!

  • How far did that travel? :]

  • @breauna01 about 4 feet? Lol nottt muuuccchhh /:

  • If you did the rubber band on the first two wheels it would go faster and longer...

  • um what exactly are the pencils used for?

  • Hey, I would really appreciate a response soon because it is due february something. I really need to know, what type of rubber band is in use? I need to build a car that can, like this, run on carpet. The rubber band MUST be normal size. Is that a normal rubber band or one of the giant ones? Please respond soon! I really need to get started building it!
