Allegria Auctions: Jennifer Bolton at Chef's Night Out 2007

A remarkable culinary experience that begins by sipping martinis, bidding on one-of-a-kind silent auction experiences and mingling on the picturesque terrace of The Golf Club at Newcastle. Soon a spin of the wheel lets you know just which chef will be hosting you for the evening. Minutes later, the doors of the beautiful St. Andrews Ballroom open to reveal a rare, intimate encounter starring fifteen of the regions elite culinary talent. Each chef prepares a table showcasing their own unique menu and wine pairings. The creativity, flair and competitive nature extend beyond the food and drink to include each tabletop theme. Each chef's personal, artistic touches ensure that no two tables are the same. The award for best table design affords one lucky chef bragging rights until next year's event.




Proceeds benefit Operation Frontline, connecting local chefs with people who are at risk of poor nutrition and hunger through education and food budgeting programs.
