Cristy Joy Documentary - Abandoned Mall in Florida

Artistically, this video captures the sounds, looks, and feeling of an abandoned space. At the time of taping, this 3 story mall in Plantation Florida had been shut down for several years. However, the parking lot was still accessible. How did the graffiti found on the walls reflect society in the early 2000's? What kind of people were writing it? What happened up there when I wasn't around to document it?

It was a beautiful mall, for sure. Wonderful, tall glass ceilings, and white walls. It was always so bright and clean inside.

Those garage elevators were creepy... most the time they didn't work and if they did you didn't wanna ride them. Sad what happened to that mall.
