and for the 2nd part of Calydon Ruins...after getting the 3rd rubbed parchment, if you glide off the other side you can glide almost to Marla Cave entrance. Then you need to train to NPC Seminir. He spawns far north west cave & an eastern cave (either cave does NOT have spider nest inside).
