You know you said that you have to trim the extensions, well wont that make them shorter because there not going to grow again ? :S

Yea, But just the split ends and only once in a while, then once they get short, you might want to get a new pair, but so that you dont have to cut them, just take really good care of them=]

training your hair just means that if you want a part or if you want a middle part or bangs, your hairs not gonna stay completely flat the first time you change your hair style, so if you just keep it in the new style for a while then your hair will start to get use to the part its in and fall more flat, if that makes sense.
