Morena Kvaternik Born in 1965 in Rijeka -- Croatia
Graduated from The study for nurses at the Medical University in Rijeka Croatia. As a misfits individual found herself in the art photography. At First it was a game for her, and the last two years has devoted seriously in this form of expression, which presented their impressions and views in the black - and white world. Member of The Photo Club Rijeka - Croatia.
Lives and works in Rijeka - Croatia.

Raw power and trueness in her work excitingly reminds us of the fragility of our feelings that would sometimes hang suppressed and hidden even from ourselves.
Self-confidence in way of using the camera seems a bit scary to ordinary observers, leaving them disclosed in their attempts to hide personal unfulfilled, more often only imagined love. Each of them has their own black and white world, their unfulfilled wishes and love wanted to admit it or not. Morena exposes us using her special way, whether we admit it or not. This unfortunately pretty often leads to misunderstanding of the artists. But they don't care anyway, because the truth is only one and they give us evidence no matter what, without looking back.

@crontario Sirova snaga i istinitost u njezinom radu na uzbudljiv način nas podsjeća na delikatnost naših osjećaja koje bi ponekad najrađe zatomili i sakrili čak i od nas samih.

Sigurnost kojom se služi kamerom djeluje pomalo zastrašujuce običnom promatraču, ostavljajući ga razotkrivenog u njegovim pokušajima skrivanja osobnih neostvarenih, često samo zamišljenih ljubavi. Svatko od nas ima svoj crno bijeli svijet, svoje neostvarene želje i ljubavi željeli to priznati ili ne.

Morena nas razotkriva na njoj osobit način, htjeli mi to priznati ili ne, što često umjetnike vodi ka nerazumijevanju, no njih i onako nije briga, jer istina je samo jedna i oni je svjedoče bez osvrtanja unazad.
