@1979bamzz My dad owns a 2000 v70r (my first car). Most of the sound and gas comes from the right. If you pull the exhaust tips off, you will see that one side has a smaller exit, in our case the left. I presume it depends on the country, Australia is right hand drive. Also, I presume you have replaced the stock v70r oval tips?

wtf, who cares where the exhaust comes out? it could be a R what so ever? ever heard of costum exhaust? some people should hold their mouths shut! and drive around in their ricer honda civic's

@FordsBetter516 So I have this exact same car. A silver 1999 v70 R AWD. Mine is currently a single exhaust. It has the little cover up part on the bumper on the other side. All I have to do is take that cover up off and put in a pipe to make it dual?

@xpiecemealx more is coming out the right one. just pay attention to both and you will see it. its hard to tell.

@1979bamzz I used to have one of those. The 3.2mp camera on that was better than any 5 or 8 mp cameras I have come across on mobile phones until the Droid.

@FordsBetter516 How can you really tell? You cant even see to the left of the right exhaust? The wind is blowing to the left.

stock duals wasnt till year 2000 and more come out one than the other because the pipe goes in one muffler than a pipe connects that muffler to the ott=her oe. just to clear things up.

most of the exaust only comes out the right one lol. and i dont think your car is an R. or at least a real one. the real R's had stock dual. the regular V70 awd had the other set you mention down there vvv

The most sound comes out from left!
So why is it that more comes from right you think? Its because the left side is first in chain and right comes after. When the engine is warm there will be no smoke at all.
Mixed up left and right that post, sorry for that. They had to cut the rear bumper and add a endpipe on the right side to get double endpipes.
Btw im member in Nordic R, only Volvo R´s can be members, i believe my car is for real :)

This car has only one exhaust original, the right one, and its still original.
The left is prepared original from start, but the very last end pipe is not there, so its the only modification thats made. The former owner opened up the left one and put on a end pipe there also.
