deos installer still work? because it keeps licking me to the app store on ipod 4g

iOS4 is supposed to be a complete ballache for 3g phones if you enable multitasking etc, but say you're playing a game, and you get a text or something, is backgrounder effective for just jumping out of the game to send a text or make a phonecall? I'm talking specifically for games here because they're far more demanding than radio apps and stuff.

All I can find in Cydia is backgrounder badge. Is there something im missing?

@Jubba212 It allows you to customize your iPod Touch/iPhone and get *illegal* cracked apps that you would have to pay for on the iTunes store.
