Texas is ranked 13th in SB Nation Studio's College Football Countdown. Texas is a solid defensive team, so in 2012 they will need to focus on building offense. Jonathan Gray will step in at running back in hopes of taking pressure off of the passing game. Quarterbacks David Ash and Case McCoy threw for a combined 10 touchdowns in 2012. In order to be competitive, David Ash has to step up as a starter. The big game will come on October 6th when West Virginia comes to Texas.

    WV @ Texas will be a fun game to be a part of but there is never any game bigger season to season than the RRR. Unless, of course, it is for the NC.
