This is an excellent anime, the beginning really sucks but around episode 12 it picks up and leads to one of the best endings ever.

Though why is it called Solty Rei, I see the Solty and I see Roy but whos Rei?

i searched veoh tv but only found the first episode dubbed and some subbed where coulf i watch the rest?

It is available on DVD from Funimation, I realize that this isn't what you wanted to hear but it goes against my ethics to support pirating when the licensed release is fantastically well done.
