Halloween at my High School in Japan

This October 31st, some of my whacky students and coworkers got into the Halloween mood by dressing up in costumes.

Halloween is not a very big holiday in Japan, except for families with small children. But many of the students and staff at the private high school where I work in Osaka are still young-at-heart, so we dressed up and had a lot of fun.

I really want to become a Japanese English teacher. I am in college for it right now. I was wondering if you can give any pointers.

@deathzstarz If you can, try to visit Japan or live there for a short period (semester abroad, etc.) to make sure it is a lifestyle that suits you in reality. Other than that, learn as much as you can about L2 acquisition as well as classroom management and you should be fine. Good luck!

haha that's so cool, I am a Japanese 1 teacher at my high school and I get paid for it. But I really want to teach English in Japan one day, it would be so awesome D: I envy youuuu!

im moving to osaka japan next school year, it will be my last year of highschool so can i get any tips as to how im going to survive with being only able to speak 2 languages (english, spanish)?
